Help Center
Help Center: account, connection, routes and refunds
This page groups the common questions into four areas: account and subscription, connection and troubleshooting, speed and routes, billing and refunds. Each answer states how to diagnose the problem and the order of steps; work through them in sequence and most cases are pinned down in the first two steps. Statements about prices, refunds and device counts match the pricing page.
01
Account and Subscription
Signing up, copying and updating the subscription URL, and what to do after changing devices — all in this section.
Do I need an email address to get started?
No. Registration only asks for a username and password, so you can finish without entering an email. After you log in, the subscription URL is generated in the dashboard, and renewals, tickets and order history all live there too, so no email exchange is needed later. Because no email is linked to the account, keep your username and password somewhere safe.
Where do I copy the subscription URL, and what does it look like?
Log in to the dashboard and open the account overview; the page shows your subscription URL. Copy it and paste it into your client to pull the routes. The address looks like https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN — that is a sample value, not a real address. The parameter at the end is the credential, so copy every character and avoid adding spaces.
If your client supports QR codes, you can also open the QR code in the dashboard and scan it to import.
I switched to a new phone or computer — do I need to buy another plan?
No. The number of simultaneous devices is unlimited: install the client on the new device and import the same subscription URL. When you stop using an old device, just uninstall the client — there is no unbinding step in the dashboard.
I tapped update subscription in the client, but the route list did not change?
Check in order: make sure the client holds the full subscription URL and that a chat app did not truncate it; make sure the device system time is accurate, since a clock offset makes the fetch fail; quit the client and open it again; if nothing changes, delete the old profile and import it once more.
Can I share my subscription URL with a friend?
Not recommended. The subscription URL works as an account credential: anyone who has it can pull the same route configuration. Unlimited devices means devices you own, not several people sharing one account. If the URL has leaked, regenerate it in the dashboard and import the new one on each device.

Connection and Troubleshooting
Connected but nothing works, an app that ignores the proxy, router configuration — start here.
The client says connected, but web pages will not open?
First work out the scope. If only one site fails, it is usually that site's own regional restriction — switch to a route in the matching region and try again. If every site fails, check in order: try another route; make sure no other proxy or accelerator software is taking over the network at the same time; restart the client; finally read the error lines in the client log.
Handshake failures or timeouts in the log usually mean the current route is unstable — switch routes.
Why does a particular app ignore the proxy?
Many apps use their own network stack, force a direct connection or pin certificates, so they never read the system proxy settings. The fix is to let the client take over more completely: turn on global mode or TUN/virtual adapter mode if the client offers it, or switch to a client with rule-based routing and send that app's traffic to the proxy by rule.
What should I do when DNS resolution fails?
Usually the DNS requests are not going through the proxy. In the client, set DNS to resolve through the proxy and turn off DNS takeover in other software on the system, then save and reconnect. If it only happens on one route, switching routes is faster.
Can I use it on a router, and how do I configure it?
Yes, as long as the router itself supports subscription import — common on models with custom firmware or mid-range and high-end routers with plugins. The process: copy the subscription URL in the dashboard, paste it into the router's client plugin, choose a route and enable it.
Router performance caps throughput, so older hardware struggles at full bandwidth; the wireless side also affects the real experience, and a wired uplink is usually steadier.
The connection drops on and off — how do I narrow it down?
Note three things: whether the drop happens during peak hours, which route and protocol you were on, and whether the local network was Wi-Fi or mobile data. Then compare: switch route once and switch protocol once. If a different route fixes it, the route is congested; if everything drops, check the local network first — a weak signal or a cell handover both look like a dropped stream.
03
Speed and Routes
Peak-hour slowdowns, how speed tests are measured, and choosing between protocols and route types — in this section.
What can I actually do about peak-hour slowdowns?
Peak hours are when international gateways are most congested. Try this order: move from a direct route to a relay or dedicated line; change the exit region to avoid the most popular one at that moment; change protocol, since UDP-based ones are usually steadier than TCP-based ones on lossy links; avoid downloading large files at the same time.
If only a single-threaded download is slow while multi-threaded is fine, the target server is more likely throttling you, not the route.
What is the difference between direct, relay and dedicated routes?
A direct route connects the client straight to the overseas exit: shortest path, but the whole segment runs over public international gateways, so peak hours hit it hardest. A relay connects to a relay node first and goes abroad from there, replacing the congested segment with the provider's own link. A dedicated line runs on a private link with steadier latency and jitter, which suits peak hours and long sessions.
My own speed test does not match the advertised numbers?
Results depend on your local bandwidth, Wi-Fi quality, the time of the test and the target server, and different tools measure differently, so a single number is not comparable. Instead, fix the same time window and the same target, run three tests and take the median, then repeat on another route — only then do the differences mean something.
How do I choose a protocol, and how do they differ?
Choose by scenario. For compatibility, start with the default TCP-based options (Trojan, VLESS, VMess); where the link shows clear packet loss and peak-hour swings, try the UDP-based ones (Hysteria2, TUIC), but note that some networks rate-limit UDP; Shadowsocks is lightweight with low overhead and suits everyday browsing.
You do not need to try them all at once — fix one route and compare item by item.
Does staying connected all the time drain the battery and use a lot of data?
Yes. Encryption and relaying carry overhead, and keeping a connection open with the client running in the background uses more battery; data use depends on what you actually visit, with 4K video and large downloads the biggest items. Connect when you need it, and use routing rules in the client so local sites skip the proxy — that saves a fair amount of data.

Billing and Refunds
Plan and data pack prices, upgrade credit and the refund process — in this section.
How much do the plans cost, and how much data does each include?
Three monthly tiers: ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, ¥28/month with 500GB. Data resets monthly on your activation date — activate on the 5th and it resets on the 5th of each month.
All three tiers cover 110+ countries / 190+ routes, with unlimited simultaneous devices.
What is the difference between a data pack and a monthly plan?
A monthly plan resets its data every month and suits steady long-term use; a data pack lasts until it runs out and never expires, which suits occasional use or topping up. Three data packs: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, ¥658/3000GB.
How is a mid-cycle upgrade calculated?
An upgrade converts the price difference into the remaining days, so you do not wait for the next reset date. What you already paid is credited for the remaining time, and you pay the difference to move to a higher data tier.
How do I request a refund?
A 60-day money-back guarantee applies. Open a ticket in the dashboard with your order number and the reason, and the payment is returned to the original payment channel.
Which payment methods are supported?
Three: Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT. After you order, choose the method on the payment page and follow the on-screen steps; the order status in the dashboard updates accordingly.
What happens when I use up this month's data?
Monthly plan data resets on your activation date, so once the current allowance is gone you either wait for the reset date or upgrade mid-cycle to a higher tier, with the price difference converted into the remaining days. If you only need extra data for a while, you can also buy a data pack: it lasts until it runs out, never expires and does not lapse when the month rolls over.
None of the above solved it
Tickets are the main channel. Include the items below and you save a round of back-and-forth.
- What you see: which site or app fails, and the exact error message
- When it happens: whether it clusters in peak hours, and whether it is every time or occasional
- Context: the route and protocol in use, plus client and OS versions
- What you already tried: which routes you switched to and the result
The ticket form is in the dashboard after you log in, and replies stay in the same thread so you can look back. If you do not have an account yet, start a free trial and then work through the steps above.
