Choosing a tier
Start with roughly how much data you use per month, then adjust for how many people share it. If you are unsure, begin with the lowest tier and upgrade in the dashboard later.
If your phone does most of the work and your usage is modest, this tier is the cheapest place to start. Web browsing, research, email, messaging apps and maps usually stay well under 60GB a month. The allowance resets monthly on your activation date, not on the 1st of the calendar month, so the day you first activate sets your reset date from then on.
The limit is just as straightforward: once the allowance runs out, routes stop for the rest of the month — either wait for the next reset date or upgrade to a higher tier in the dashboard. If you only want to check how stable the routes are on your own network, run this tier for a few days before deciding whether to switch.
The main tier, built for a phone plus a computer online at the same time. Office research and video calls by day, streaming and music by night — 250GB is comfortable for one or two people. Simultaneous devices are unlimited, so several devices at home can share one subscription without taking turns.
Most users settle here: the allowance is far roomier than the light tier while the price stays low. If you occasionally go over, top up with a data pack instead of switching tiers right away.
Suited to two or three people sharing, or to frequent HD streaming and long-running transfers. At 500GB the allowance is higher than the standard tier and holds up well when split across several devices.
If you went slightly over last month and would rather not upgrade mid-cycle, top up with a data pack first, then decide whether to move to this tier for the long term.
You can upgrade in the dashboard; the price difference is prorated by remaining days, with no need to wait for the next reset date. Downgrades and renewals are handled in the dashboard too, and the amount charged is whatever the dashboard shows. Data packs and monthly plans can coexist — the dashboard lists each remaining allowance separately, and you decide which to draw on first.
Not billed by time
A one-time purchase that is not reset monthly. Good for irregular usage, occasional heavy data needs, or simply keeping an allowance in reserve.
Monthly plans reset the allowance each month on your activation date and suit steady, long-term use; data packs are one-time purchases that are valid until used up, never expire and are not part of the monthly reset. The two can coexist, and the dashboard shows each remaining allowance separately. Data packs are not billed by time, so leaving one unused costs you nothing — come back months later and the allowance is still there.
The first case is irregular usage: a month when you suddenly need to download large files or stream for hours, and the monthly allowance is not enough — a data pack is more flexible than upgrading outright. The second is stocking up: buy a pack before a business trip or holiday, then connect on arrival without dealing with payment on the spot. The third is usage concentrated in one period: if you need to upload a large batch of material within a month, buying one large pack is clearer than repeatedly adjusting your plan.
Conversely, if you use it every day at a steady rate, a monthly plan fits better; data packs are meant as a supplement and a backup, not a replacement for a monthly plan.
Included with every plan
Monthly plans and data packs are identical on the points below; the only differences are price and data allowance.

Payment methods
All three payment methods are completed in the dashboard. Activation asks only for a username and password — no email address.
Choose Alipay on the dashboard checkout page, follow the on-screen steps, then return to the dashboard; the plan status updates automatically.
Likewise, choose WeChat Pay at checkout, then refresh the overview page to see your remaining data and plan status.
If you prefer digital currency, choose USDT at checkout, transfer according to the details shown, and the order status syncs shortly after.
Before paying, check whether you selected a monthly plan or a data pack: the validity rules differ — monthly plans reset on your activation date, while data packs are valid until used up and never expire. After paying, if the overview page has not updated immediately, refresh once; if it still has not updated, open a ticket in the dashboard with your order number.
Refund promise
Monthly plans and data packs share one refund promise: request it within 60 days, no reason required.
60-day no-questions refund
Just open a ticket in the dashboard — no reason and no speed-test screenshots needed. Track progress in the ticket; arrival time depends on how fast the payment channel processes it.
After signing in, go to the tickets page, open a ticket and note the order number and the tier you want refunded. Monthly plans and data packs follow the same process.
A no-questions refund does not require a reason. Just include the order details in the ticket and follow the reply.
Once the refund is processed, the plan status in the dashboard updates; when you need the service again, simply choose a tier anew.
