How this page fits with the others
This page covers usage rules and the limits of responsibility only. For the refund process and how long it takes, see the Refund Policy; for how account and access data are handled, see the Privacy Policy.
Service content and scope
VPNWu is a cross-border access subscription service that gives users network access to international websites and overseas services over international routes, currently covering 110+ countries and 190+ routes. The service is sold as a subscription, with clients for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux, and no limit on the number of devices online at the same time.
Subscriptions are billed by data volume: the monthly plan at ¥9.9/month includes 60GB, ¥18/month includes 250GB and ¥28/month includes 500GB; data resets each month on the activation date, and mid-cycle upgrades are prorated against the remaining days. Data packs are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB, last until used up and never expire. Payment methods are Alipay / WeChat / USDT. The plans available for purchase, prices and route lists are those currently shown on the pricing page and in the user panel.
This page describes the shape of the service; it is not a promise that any particular website, app or piece of content will be reachable at any given moment. The service does not include repair of user devices, operating system reinstalls or technical support for third-party software.
Accounts and subscription rules
An account is opened with a username and password; no email address is required. Account details are the holder's to look after, and any data consumption or loss caused by lending the account, leaking credentials or someone else using the device is borne by the account holder.
One subscription may be used on an unlimited number of devices at the same time, but only by the account holder personally. The following are outside the scope of authorisation:
- reselling, subletting or redistributing the subscription, or charging third parties per session for access;
- posting the subscription URL, QR code or configuration link in forums, chat groups, code repositories or any other place third parties can reach;
- using automated scripts to bulk-extract subscription content, or building a proxy service for third parties on that basis.
In these cases the service may suspend the subscription concerned and ask the account holder to explain how it is being used; if the issue is not corrected after review, the subscription may be terminated, with fees handled according to the Refund Policy.
Acceptable use requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their own location and of the place where they use the service, and are responsible for the traffic they initiate through it. The service provides network access only and does not take part in or interfere with the specific content users access.
The service must not be used for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to: infringing the intellectual property or privacy of others, sending spam or phishing content, attacking other networks or servers, distributing illegal material, or impersonating others in transactions. Actual availability of cross-border access depends on the network environment where the user is located and on the access policies of the destination site, and users must confirm for themselves that their use is lawful locally. Account termination and any legal liability arising from misuse are the user's own responsibility.
Service availability and liability limits
The quality of international routes depends on international bandwidth, the user's local network and the access policies of destination sites, among other factors. The service makes no fixed numerical promise about speed and does not guarantee that any particular site or app will be reachable at any given moment.
The following are not service faults: a destination site changing its access policy; faults in the user's local network, router or device; an outdated client version or a configuration the user has modified; interruptions caused by the user changing DNS, proxy or firewall settings. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in the user panel in advance wherever possible.
Where an outage is caused by force majeure or an upstream network failure, the service will agree compensation with the user based on the actual duration affected, in the form of an extension of the subscription or an equivalent top-up of data. To the extent permitted by law, the service is not liable for indirect losses arising from such outages.
Account termination
The service may terminate an account or subscription in the following cases:
- breach of the Acceptable Use requirements on this page, or use of the subscription for resale or public sharing;
- using automated means to bulk-register, claim trials repeatedly, or interfere with billing and data metering;
- using stolen identity information or a payment method that is not the user's own, resulting in chargebacks or disputed payments;
- an account with no sign-in for a long period and no active subscription may be reclaimed after a notice in the user panel.
Users may also stop using the service at any time; not renewing counts as termination. How remaining data and fees are handled after an account is terminated is set out on the Refund Policy page.
Changes to these terms and refund guidance
This page may be updated as the service changes, and the "Last updated" date at the top of the page is revised accordingly; material changes to billing, refunds or account rules will also be announced in the user panel. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
Refund rules are set out on a separate page: a full refund can be requested without giving a reason within 60 days of the first payment, and the request form and processing time are on the Refund Policy page. Other details about accounts and subscriptions are in the Privacy Policy.
If you have questions about this page, submit a ticket in the user panel; the service replies in the order tickets are received.
