Refunds & Billing

Refund Policy

A full no-questions-asked refund is available within 60 days of your first payment, and the same window covers both monthly plans and data packs. This page explains how the refund amount is calculated, the cases that are excluded, the details to include with your request, and how returns work for Alipay, WeChat and USDT.

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Key points

Refunds return the full amount actually paid for the order, with no deduction for data used or days remaining. Requests are submitted on the tickets page in the user panel, and no email address is required for your account.

Refund window and coverage

A full no-questions-asked refund can be requested within 60 days of your first payment. The window runs for 60 consecutive calendar days from the date the first payment succeeds, regardless of whether you sign in or connect to a route during that time.

Coverage includes every plan currently on sale: monthly plans at ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB and ¥28/month for 500GB; data packs at ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB. Monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date, while data packs last until used up and never expire; the same refund window applies to both.

No-questions-asked means you do not need to give a reason, and the request is not conditional on data used, days elapsed or the number of devices online at once — there is no limit on simultaneous devices. Each order can be refunded only once.

The no-questions-asked refund described on this page applies to first-payment orders. If you need help with a renewal order, describe the situation in a ticket.

Refund amount calculation

The refund equals the amount actually paid for the order: nothing is deducted for data used, and nothing is prorated for days remaining. Monthly plans are refunded in full at the amount paid — ¥9.9, ¥18 or ¥28 — and data packs in full at ¥158, ¥358 or ¥658.

If a plan upgrade took place on the same order within the refund window, the upgrade difference is prorated by remaining days; the refund follows the amounts actually paid in the payment records, checked line by line and returned together.

Both product types qualify for a full no-questions-asked refund within 60 days of the first payment.

Not eligible for a refund

The following cases fall outside the no-questions-asked refund.

  • Orders beyond the 60-day window after the first payment.
  • Orders that have already been refunded, where a duplicate request is submitted.
  • Accounts restricted or suspended for breaching the terms of use — for example reselling subscriptions, using the routes to attack or scan other systems, or handing the account to unauthorised third parties for bulk use.
  • Transactions flagged as abnormal by the payment channel, including card fraud, payments not authorised by the account holder, and chargeback disputes.

Data already used is not in itself a reason to refuse a refund. The checks above look at the order and how the account was used, not at how much data was consumed.

How to apply and what to include

Refund requests are submitted as a ticket in the user panel; there is no separate email to send.

  1. Sign in to the user panel and open the tickets page.
  2. Create a new ticket with a subject line stating that it is a refund request.
  3. In the message, give your username, the order number or order time, the payment method (Alipay / WeChat / USDT) and the amount actually paid.
  4. For orders paid in USDT, also include the payment transaction hash and the on-chain address that should receive the refund.
  5. After submitting, follow up inside the same ticket — verification results and progress are all answered there.

An account needs only a username and password, with no email address, and the ticket is the only communication channel required. A ticket with complete details can go straight to verification; if you cannot find the order number right away, the order time and payment amount help locate it.

Original route and timing

Refunds go back along the original payment path: Alipay to the original Alipay account, WeChat to the original WeChat Pay account, and USDT to the on-chain address used for payment. The service initiates the return once the details are verified; the exact arrival time depends on the payment channel's settlement cycle, and on-chain transfers also wait for network confirmation.

If the original payment account has been closed or cannot receive the refund, say so in the ticket and support will help confirm a workable return method. Please do not submit duplicate requests for the same order before the refund is complete.

Policy updates and contact

This page is revised as the service changes; updated versions are published here with the month noted, and orders already placed are handled under the version in force when they were placed.

If you have questions about refund progress, the amount or the payment method, open a ticket in the user panel; the reply will include the matching order record and the outcome. All refund-related communication stays in the ticket so both sides can check it.
